Test Manager (S39)

Fantastic new opportunity for a Senior IT professional in the Testing space. This is a management role, looking for someone with that leadership experience, joining a high profile project.

The key responsibilities for this position involve:

- Creating new test strategy and implementing this in to the business
- Introduction of both functional and non-functional automation frameworks
- Dealing with key stakeholders, in order to maintain strong relationships
- Supporting the UAT functions
- Strong leadership in order to manage and motivate a team of testers
- Ensuring the most efficient use of resources at all times

In order to be successful for this position you will require:

- A background in a similar role with relevant qualifications
- Proven experience managing a team of testers
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience with testing Web Applications
- Experience having successfully delivered test strategies in a large environment
- Experience in both functional and non-functional testing, including implementation of performance testing strategies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team successfully

The project is for a Web Content Management System and the successful candidate will have an extensive background in delivering end to end testing in a large scale environment. This is a fundamental role within the business, and therefore there is a need for a stand out individual.
