TEST MANAGER (PERFORMANCE) - CONTRACT - DUBLIN
The successful candidates will lead a large team who are responsible Non-Functional/Performance testing for products before they are released. The purpose of the role is to improve and streamline the overall function of the team while enhancing the experience and knowledge of performance testing across the team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years Performance Test experience
- 5+ years in lead or management role of a large team (15+)
- Experience with tools such as: Quality Center, Wiley, HP Site Scope etc.
- Also experience with Open Source Performance Testing tools such as: Apache, JMeter, WebLOAD etc.
- Experience working with Test Methodologies - Waterfall or Agile
- Experience with communication with off shore teams as well as teams onsite
- Experience with a coding language such as Java, .NET with some development background would be an advantage
