Test Manager Onboarding, WE ARE Direct Supplier TO the Customer

For our customer we are looking for an IT Test Manager

We are looking for a Test manager profile to drive an initiative to develop and implement onboarding and trainings within test management. The tasks will be to develop and implement an on-boarding pack for newcomers, develop and implement tranings, define a 'buddy system' and ensure a SPOC within test management. You are expected to have a lot of hands-on yourself in all of the tasks. In Nordea we are working according to ISTQB (IEEE829-2008) so you are expected to have a good knowledge on that. A person with previous experience from Nordea will be preferred.
