Test Manager (m/f)

For our client in the aerospace branch we look for a Test Manager (m/f).

Tasks:
- Prepare and implementation of overall test concept including necessary processes
- Prepare and implementation of overall test management and defect management processes
- Prepare the set up of the central test management
- Prepare and implement the test report structure
- Prepare the consolidated test approach and planning for different test phases
- Implement and execute the overall test progress monitoring and reporting during different test phases
- Implement and execute the overall defect monitoring and reporting during different test phases
- Coordinate testing activities between the different teams involved for end-to-end tests, business process tests, regression tests, etc.

Experiences/Skills:
- University degree of business or information management
- More than 6 years Experience in Project Management and Test Management
- Experience in Test process (i.e. Reporting, defect Management) implementation
- Experience in Test Team set-up
- Experience in Test tools and methods (i.e. Mercury)
- Analytical, conceptual and creative thinking
- Structured method of work
- Moderator Skills for problem solving processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
