ROLE; TEST MANAGER - INSURANCE INDUSTRY - CONTRACT - 6MTHS+ TO START MID-LATE MAY - DUBLIN, IRELAND
A Test Manager is required to define and implement test strategy and plans to enable solution delivery in support of business plan execution within an International Insurance company based in Dublin. You will be onsite in Dublin managing the project quality with an off-shore team testing the program.
The Test Manager will be responsible for the production of the Master Test Plan (Test Strategy), Detailed Test Plan, estimating time and resource requirements, ensuring test coverage is sufficient, reviewing test scripts, management of test execution and the associated raising and tracking of defects.
TOP 5 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE;
- My Client is looking for someone who has an all round Test Management experience of multiple test phases. (Functional, UAT, Performance etc.)
- Strong understanding of the tools, techniques and processes involved within the testing domain.
- ISEB foundation in Software Testing - highly preferable.
- Experience with HP Quality Centre Leading Off-Shore teams.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services/insurance industries
