This top tier consultancy has a vacancy for a Test Manager with experience within Insurance and is waiting for the best of the best to come along..

TO SECURE THIS FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Minimum 10 years Testing and 5 years Test Management experience.
- IT or business degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent people skills. Ability to work with Stakeholders, SME's, and Business representatives.
- MUST have worked in the insurance sector previously.
- Ability to manage a testing team with conflicting priorities.
- Ability to promote testing principles and disciplines.
- Good understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
- Prior experience working in a multi vendor environment.
- Quality Centre tool, Web application and Datawarehouse testing experience.
- Demonstrated test estimation, and test planning experience.
- Risk and issue management experience.
- Test Environment and test infrastructure management experience.
- Good documentation skills. Ability to create testing strategies plans and reports.
