Test Manager (Senior profile with experience in Networks, data centers, Routers, Switches, fire walls, load balancing, TCP/IP)
Profile description
A Test Manager manages the test activities of a project. He's capable of producing a test strategy. He composes and maintains the Master Test Plan in consultation with the project. He plans & coordinates the test activities during the test phases, manages the defects, monitors and reports on the actual test progress.
Function requirements:
§ Knowledge of structured testing methodologies (eg V-model)
§ Good knowledge of testing techniques
§ Knowledge of IT, management and business, relevant to the project(s)
§ Ability to identify and solve problems
§ Ability to manage a group of people
§ Ability to work independently
§ Ability to write reports
§ Very good knowledge of Nederlands or Frans (speak/read/write)
§ Good knowledge of English (speak/read/write)
