Test Manager - Heads UP

My client a global leader in its field requires a Senior Test Manager to assist on an upcoming business critical project. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of testing of the project.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for formulating and implementing test strategies in a complex and highly integrated environments, spanning multiple applications and technologies. Furthermore the successful candidate will be responsible for;

- Test planning including the documentation of Master and Detailed test plans where required
- Defining and planning for test data requirements
- Managing test execution
- Defect management
- Identifying, managing, mitigating and communicating risks and issues to management and other relevant stakeholders as required in a timely manner
- Participating in the development and maintenance of Statements of Work
- Preparing weekly testing status of projects to Senior Executive and director level IT stakeholders
- Test resource management
- Work closely with the Solution Centre Test Managers, team members and vendors.

Key Skills;

- Strong Vendor management skills
- Strong Integration testing experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with highly complex multi-vendors, multi-platform applications (CRM, Siebel, Billing)
- Experience with HP QC
- Understanding and preferably use of Agile methodologies
