TEST MANAGER FMP (FINANCIAL MESSAGING PLATFORM) PROGRAM (6M CONTRACT)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- manage the whole FMP testing area including all requirements in the program
- manage end to end tests with external parties to make sure, that new clients can be onboarded on time
- define and agree plans for testing and strategies for testing releases and patches
- manage/track defects and drive these to resolution before go live
- continue installed daily test team meetings and bi-weekly defect tracking meetings
- inform all stake holders about testing progress and associated strategies to solve conflicting objectives
- manage all testing requests beside the program requests (RMIDs)
- create the standard WebTSR reports
- create all expected, specialised reports (daily, weekly) specific for the project
- create additional test reports for RMID deployment
- manage stakeholders expectations regarding testing results and plans

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum five years of Experience as a Test Manager in a Project with more than 10 Test Engineers
- More than 3 Years' Experience in Messaging Services (SIC, SWIFT, SEPA)
- Languages: English and German fluently
- ISTQB advances Level
- Good understanding of Test Automation
- Good Understanding of Load and Performance Testing
- Experience in Test Environment Management (Planning and coordination)
- Strong Personality
- Excellent Communication and Negotiations Skills
