TEST MANAGER - FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
Test Manager - Financial Industry. On behalf of our client, a major bank, we are looking for an experienced Test Manager with banking background to join a highly capable and international team.
YOUR TASKS:
- Defining the test strategy in line with bank standards, ensuring its implementation and evaluating the test results in order to give a final go/no-go recommendation
- Managing the regression test suite and facilitates its automation
- Organising and mentoring multi-supplier test teams (internal and external, on- and offshore) and represents these as the single point of contact for the client
- Defect tracking and creating test reports
- Supporting production rollout and post-rollout activities
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Proven record as Test Manager (at least 3 years) and Tester in general (at least 5 years)
- Banking or financial industry experience
- Excellent organisational skills of planning, coordinating and integration of parallel software releases
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Strong command of Quality Center
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
