Test Manager (ERP Testing)

My Berkshire based Client is urgently recruiting for a proven Test Manager to lead on all aspects of testing relating to a global ERP implementation. The Test Manager will be accountable and responsible for developing test strategy for the global implementation. This will include infrastructure testing (e.g penetration, stress), unit testing, integrated system testing and user acceptance testing.
The right Candidate will be accountable for the identification and production of all necessary test scripts, creation and management of all testing plans, oversee all testing activities ensuring all testing activities are documented and the outcomes recorded according to best practice.
Create and undertake the management of the approved defect management process.
I am looking for the right Candidate to be a Test Manager with experience of testing ERP solutions, must have good knowledge of Test Strategy & Test Plans, it would be a distinct advantage to have knowledge of Financial systems and processes.
The Test Manager should have experience in Test Process Management, Defect Management, Defect Root Cause Analysis, should have worked ERP application testing and a proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges.
