Test Manager DWH Informatica

BRINE SA is looking for a Experienced Test Manager in order to fulfil this job description:

As a TM, Manage IT testing for a DWH Project team by delivering quality and testing services that include test management, test design, test execution, test reporting. This role requires close coordination and cooperation with the IT project and business test teams. Provide hands on test management for the DWH applications, in line with bank's Shared Testing Services Standards. Proven experience in following the testing process is essential. Solid background with Test Design, Test Execution, and defect follow-up. Experience in Oracle development will make his knowledge very valuable for testing in the DWH team overall.

Able to lead meetings with the business, with a deep understanding of potentially politically difficult situations. Strong ability to interact with, review, and provide actionable feedback to Requirements Engineers.
Duties include, Test Management, Execution, Reporting, Monitoring and Controlling testing.

Skills:

Must:

Very strong technical skills and at least 5 YEARS of experience in the DWH environment as developer or testing manager
Informatica ETL Tools
Fluency in English

Strong organization skills
Experience with managing a team
Financial management experience
Attention to detail
SQL, Unix, DWH
Datamodelling via ErWin or Sybase Power Designer
Batch Control
SQL Tuning experience a plus
OLAP experience recommended
ISTQB Certified TM Expert Level
Good German skills
