CONTEXT OF THE MISSION
Our client is looking for a Test manager
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TEST MANAGER
- Be responsible for managing test activities
- Coordination of test consultants on one or more projects
- Definition of test strategy unique to each client project
- Management of test teams on multiple projects
- Stay within budget while sustaining deliverables
- Reporting the status and bottlenecks to respective project manager(s)
- Determine and elaborate one standard test approach and methodology
- Develop training on advised methodology and ensure adherence throughout test phase
- Advise on latest testing methodologies and tools
PROFILE OF THE TEST MANAGER
- Has experience with structured software testing with commercial software in an external consultitative setting (as opposed to testing with internal clientelle/projects only)
- Is motivated when defining different test plans and evaluation reports
- Has knowledge and experience with test methodologies, automation testing and quality management
- Is familiar with test tools like MS Test Manage, VSTS, TFS, TopDesk
- Has a minimum of five (5) years' experience with test management
