Test Manager (Data Warehousing)

TEST DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICE MANAGER (DAILY RATE CONTRACT - DUBLIN)

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Setup, Own and manage the Test Data Management Service (TDMS) team
- Establish appropriate Process, Procedures, Guidelines, Checklist and Templates to operate the TDMS.
- Assess and establish strategic roadmap for the TDMS.
- Develop plan to implement the same.
- Perform analysis and assessment, onboard application or project into the TDMS BOW.
- Manage the TDMS book of work and identifying areas of risk or potential issue.
- Recruit the team, onboard the right vendor partner/supplier to perform the TDMS.
- Manage team and vendor per yearly objectives and KPI's.
- Provide consulting services to other teams with respect to TDMS Manage Financials and support the reporting requirements to the clients & IT Establishing best practices in TDMS.
- Single point of Contact for Test Data globally (new initiatives/projects, testing, escalations, issues, concerns, etc)
- Innovation, future roadmap and strategic planning, from testing and test data perspective.
- Support Test Manager and Test projects on an ongoing basis with test data requirements.
- Procure and develop appropriate tools to support the TDMS.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 10+ years in Data practice
- 5+ years managing and supporting Test data support requirements
- 3+ years in key leadership roles supporting test data requirements
- Experience working in a global team in a vendor dependent model
- Exceptional theoretical and practical experience with concept like sub-setting, data masking, data bulking, data profiling, data coverage, data compare, etc
- Experience with tools like GRID Tools, IBM Optim
- Experience with QC tools like Quality Center, QTP, LoadRunner, etc
- Experience with Oracle, Informatica, BO, etc relevant to Test Data Management.
- Strong leadership, management and technology skills.
- Good Presentation and communication skills.
- Should be a good collaborator and relationship manager
- Good understanding on different development models and methodologies.
- Solid experience with Datawarehouse, test data analysis, test data masking, data architecture, data integration, etc
- Financial and accounting exposure, including but not limited to financial metrics and tracking headcount and spend
