Test Manager (Credit card Experience)

ROLE: Test Manager
LOCATION: Dublin, Ireland
JOB TYPE: Contract
CONTRACT DURATION: 6 months

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:    

Knowledge on Credit Card origination process
- Previous experience of managing and co-ordinating the testing of multiple work streams is required
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong reporting and documentation skills

To establish a relationship with each project stakeholder to enable effective communications throughout testing, to achieve buy in and to ensure correct level of ownership is achieved during test preparation, execution and prior to go live

To develop and communicate an overall Testing Strategy for the Project to take account of:

The scope of testing
Test Methodology
Test Issues/Risks/Dependencies across projects
Testing of environments
Management of Test Data

Working closely with the project Test Leads to develop and communicate a Test Plan for the Project based on an agreed Test Strategy

To work with the functional lead, functional SMEs, business representatives and vendors to validate the business requirements and to assist with the elicitation and management of test requirements

Liaise with Project Managers and business design authority to ensure that projects are test-ready

To ensure the quality of all testing artefacts (eg Test Cases, Test Requirements)

Close working with Test Leads on management of entry and exit for all Test Phases
