Test Manager, Contract in the Netherlands. English Site

We are urgently recruiting for a Test Manager to join a large international organisation based in Den Haag, the Netherlands.
Working language is English, knowledge of French or Dutch would be an advantage.

DAILY DUTIES:

- You will be managing all the testing activities together with the test teams. You will be required to set up procedures and policies of the development centre along with ensuring their correct application in development projects.
- You will be responsible for the quality of the delivered products from the development factories of multiple vendors, along with all related documentation (test plans, test description documents).
- Define the test strategy
- Analyse the detailed technical and functional requirements.
- Supervise the writing and execution of both technicalyou have extensive experience in test activities and pragmatic implementation in development projects.
- Degree in Computer Science and equivalent experience. Master degree is a plus.
- You have a strong experience in functional testing
- You have a good knowledge of Quality Center
- Experience in the use of automation test tools (QTP/Selenium) desirable, including creation and execution of automated scripts.
- Methodologies: PRINCE 2, ITIL.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks 
- You are dynamic, pragmatic, have a committed personality
- Fluent English, French/German/Dutch language is a plus
- Extensive test coordination and team leading experience
- You are customer oriented and have strong current client facing experience.
