TEST MANAGER
Our client, a major Financial Services company, is currently looking for an experienced Test Manager, with strong background in a Swiss banking environment. The candidates primary task will be to reduce of number of test cases without adding risk to the coverage by managing the implementation of the functional decompositioning of the FrontNet regression test suite, as well as improving the level of test case automation.
TASKS IN TESTMANAGEMENT:
- Test Plan incl. test strategy and approach
- Effort estimations
- Ordering of test data and test cases
- Tracking and monitoring of the delivery by the offshore subcontractor
- Quality assurance of subcontractor deliverables
- Preparation of reviews of test relevant documentation
- Defect Tracking, Involvement of stakeholders (IT - PL, Business contacts, solution engineers, requirements engineers, etc.)
- Monitoring of test execution by the offshore sub-contractor (onsite and offshore)
- Creation of Test Reports on progress, defects, risks and issues according to the bank`s guidelines
- Coordination of UAT with Business and Release Management
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent organizational skills of planning, coordinating and integration of Software releases
- German and English fluently
- Experience with offshore testing and Indian culture
- Software quality management, business process engineering, banking and business administration skills (financial service sector or industrial sector)
- Software testing experience, min. 5 years in Testmanagement
- Banking experience
- Experience in IT within testing with exposure to testing methodologies
- SAQ Certified Software Tester foundation level, must
- SAQ Certified Software Tester advanced level, would be an advantage
SPECIFIC MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Quality Center Handling
- Ability to work under pressure
- Analytical skills
