TEST MANAGER, TESTING, ISEB, ISTQB, SQL, TERADATA, BI, DATABASE, TEST DESIGN, DATA WAREHOUSE, V MODEL, HP QUALITY CENTER, HP ALM, TEST PLAN, BANKING, FINANCE.
Our client is a major European financial institution who are looking for a Test manager to help with major transformation projects within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a senior and experienced Test Manager with a proven track record of being involved in complex DWH testing activities. They should have vast amount of hands-on test management experience through the entire development life cycle in a DWH area.
The person should be familiar working in a complex environment with multiple streams cross multiple internal organisations, utilizing internal/external resources from different cultures and companies.
The Test Manager should have experience with numerous methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and V-Model. The Test Manager must have experience running implementations from early phases to final delivery and be an accomplished communicator with all project teams from development teams to end user/client.
The Test Manager will have hands on experience working with clients to convert business, functional and NFR requirements to create the overall test strategy and approach, defining the test cases and supporting and educating business in these activities on a daily basis to improve client understanding of testing and its purpose
The Test Manager will be familiar with a variety of testing methodologies, but V-Model in particular. Good working knowledge of HP tools will also be necessary in particular HP Quality Center (ALM). In addition you should be familiar with specific software quality standards.

The Test Manager will be responsible for all aspects of test planning and following up on daily testing activities while at the same time contributing in continuous test improvements.

- ISTQB qualified Test Manager
- Banking experience
- Requirements review and conversion
- Strong test strategy, test planning, test execution and test reporting
- Ability to estimate testing effort and resources required
- Strong SQL
