On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, I am looking for a Development Engineer. This is a contract position in its Rotkreuz offices. My client is looking for a new team member who has experience in testing & delivery of software in a GxP/regulated environment. You must also be able to speak fluent English and advanced German. YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accountable for delivery of test approach within RS DIA IT Program
- Responsible for building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
- Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
- Responsible for deploying and managing resources for testing
- Responsible for applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
- Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement
- Responsible for alignment of testing phases with release cycle of various systems involved in delivery
- Deliver relevant test documentation in accordance to the PMM Guidelines and RACI Matrix
- Support project lead and project team in delivery of RS IT Project in the capacity of PMO function

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

- Master's degree and at least 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in test management
- Experience of testing and delivery of software within GxP/Regulated environment
- Experience in managing complex system testing and outline test cases for software testing in line with industry best practice test procedures
- Background in and working knowledge of operating systems, cloud applications and medical instruments
- Ability to translate business requirements into detail specifications and test cases
- Fluent English & Advanced German
- Advanced Microsoft Office know-how
- Knowledge of tools like HPSM, HPALM
- Self-starter with excellent analytical skills and synthesis capabilities
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity as well as keen interest in global projects/teams
- Good communication skills & cross functionally
