Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager. You will be working in a team of highly experienced professionals in a state-of-the-art environment.

Work location: Amerfoort and Den Haag, The Netherlands.

Starting Mid March. 40 hours per week.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for leading testing teams, coordinating complex test activities across multiple project phases and release dates
- Lead the development of test scenarios, test execution, and validation of results
- Ensure that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved
- Coordinate with users to plan user acceptance testing
- Report the results of the testing activities
- Identify overall testing risks and mitigation strategy together with the Project Managers

REQUIREMENTS:

You MUST meet all of the following requirements:

- At least 5 years of leading Testing efforts, including experience with all phases of testing: System, Integration, User Acceptance and Performance Testing.
- Experience with estimating testing efforts, defining the testing strategy and ensuring requirements traceability throughout the system development life cycle.
- Experience overseeing the development of test plans, test scenarios, test cases, execution of test case and documentation of test results.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Work well with others, especially across a variety of functional groups
- Excellent communication skills
- ENGLISH AND DUTCH, WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
