Test Manager wanted for our Bern based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years' working experience in test management within larger projects
- Excellent knowledge of robotics automation, preferably Blue Prism
- Extensive experience with stakeholders, such as requirement engineers, project leads, programmers, offshore resources and testers
- Strong background in agile projects and good knowledge of the banking business as well as HP Quality Center
- Certified as ISTQB test manager desirable
- Languages: fluent German and English, both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Being responsible for gathering, analysis, development and validation of test scenarios, test cases and test data
- Working closely with stakeholders along with defining test strategy and test goals
- Delivering artefacts for relevant project phase of business initiative, together with effort estimation
- Managing and planning the test activities including coordination of user acceptance tests as well as according to quality, time and budget
- Ensuring Defect Management and improvement of the test process
