TEST MANAGER - BRUSSELS - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - €450-€500 PER DAY
A large European institution based in Brussels are searching for a Test Manager with CRM experience to join their diverse team based on an initial 3 month contract, with extensions highly likely.
The Test Manager will be responsible for defining the test strategy for the CRM programme, coordinating all test activities including performance test and other non-functional testing. You will be accountable for the availability of test environments and monitoring the test execution of UT, ST, SIT and UAT.
As the Test Manager, you tasks will include:
- Reviewing the quality and organisation of test process, tools and activities
- Ensuring the availability of test environments for the programme according the agreed test planning
- Providing input and reviewing test scripts, scenarios, reports and other testing related deliverables
- Defining the test Matrix, acceptance criteria and way of working with each DevOps team
- Participating in planning meetings to discuss the test scopes
- Aligning and coaching the person responsible for UAT
SKILLS
The successful individual will have proven experience as Test Manager, preferably within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) domain. You will have worked to an Agile or Scrum framework and will have knowledge of tools like HP ALM. The Test Manager will need to have demonstrated entrepreneurship, as well as experience of stakeholder management/networking.
