We are currently urgently searching for a Test Manager

What is expected

The Domain Test Lead will be responsible for the overall One Process and Practice, One Team (OPT) testing releases and Projects.
Our client is looking for an experienced Test Manager, with experience in Test management, Program Test Management and Stakeholder Management.

What are the required skills

*Experience with Overall test planning and governance for all testing phases, defect management, management reporting, and testing prioritization.
*Strong knowledge in managing testing projects in Oracle, BI, MDM, Perl Chain and Java based applications.
*Stress resistant: constantly working against deadlines, ad hoc requests
*Strong communication. You have to work together with multiple-vendor, proactive, chasing people, able to gather the requirements.
*Good working knowledge in HP ALM and test status reporting.
*10+ years experience in test management;
*Recent years test management experience in an ERP environment;
*Able to discuss on logistical/finance topics (not indepth, but knowledgeable enough) with team AND business;
*Eager, pick up on content topics where applicable, pro-active, initiative, drive things to solution, also escalations.
The client is looking for an expert, whereby the desire a Dutch speaker, be aware this is not essential!
