For one of our major clients in Utrecht, Amoria Bond is looking for a Test Manager who will coordinate the testing process. The first contract for the project is for at least 6 months, with a possibility to extend.

One of the job aspects is that the desired candidate is able to lead a Junior Tester and help him/her with the daily tasks. Secondly the client wants a candidate who has experience working in a complex environment, preferably within the finance sector. The candidate needs to be TMAP and ISTQB certified. The right candidates also needs to have experience in working with atomized testing.

As a person you need to be confident and strong in your communication skills. This is desirable, because you will have meetings with clients and need to be able to explain the work process and results. Leading capacity is a must.
