Test Manager

As our IT Test Coordinator you will:

•Work across multiple cross-functional teams
•Create the Master Test Plan and seek approval from all involved stakeholders;
•Estimate the budget and planning taking into account the constraints;
•Determine test priorities in line with the IT and business requirements;
•Guide and monitor the analysis, the design and execution of the test cases;
•Lead the test process in order to come to an acceptable test coverage;
•Ensure the availability of the representative business test data;
•Report on the progress and results of the various tests;
•Lead the "go-no-go-decisions" based on results in close collaboration with the involved parties;
•Set-up and document the test projects in our test management tools;
•Coach and train testers (both business and IT) where required.

As a prerequisite to becoming Test Coordinator you :

•hold at least a master degree preferably in IT, engineering or economics;
•have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the IT testing domain;
•are business proficient in English and native either in Dutch or French;
•have hands-on experience in one or more in Test Management and Automation tools;
•are a strong communicator both orally and written;
•have a excellent ability to work with people, you can federate team members and negotiate towards a solution;
•excellent analytical skills and a pragmatic
•willing to work from Brussels with frequent visits to our site in Hasselt.
