Test Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Test Manager to join one of our for public sector clients located in The Hague in the Netherlands. The contract is a minimum six months, to a year (with possible extension).

This is an English speaking role, although French, Dutch or Germany would be an advantage.

Summary of task:
- You'll be the manager of the testing activities and the test teams. You'll have to set up proper qualification processes policies of the development centre along with ensuring their correct application in development projects.
- You will ensure the quality of delivered products of the development factories from multiple vendors along with all related documentation (test plans, test description document, etc.).
- You will define the test strategy
- You will analyze the detailed technical and functional requirements.
- You will supervise the writing and execution of both technicalyou've developed a strong knowledge in both the test activities area in IT and their pragmatic implementation in development projects.
- You have a degree in Computer Science and equivalent experience. Master degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- You are dynamic, pragmatic, autonomous and have a committed personality
- Customer-driven with a passion for Consultancy
- You speak fluent English, French/German/Dutch language is a plus

Required Technical Skills:
- You have experience in test coordination and team leading
- You are customer oriented and you have a proven experience in client facing.
- You have a strong experience in functional testing
- You have a good knowledge of Quality Centre
- Experience in the use of automation test tools (QTP/Selenium) desirable, including creation and execution of automated scripts.
- Methodologies: PRINCE 2, ITIL.
