Test Manager

Working in conjunction with a dynamic, multi disciplinary team, you will lead and drive the testing initiatives for an array of technologies within the healthcare sector.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Developing the test strategies
- Leading the implementation of testing design and improvement methodologies
- Ensuring that all project teams are aware of and compliant with testing strategies, processes and methods
- Managing the testing efforts and outcomes of the testing teams
- Maintaining rigid reviews of technical and business design requirements
- Assist with the planning, scheduling and integration of aligned project activities

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in leading, developing and implementing the testing efforts in large, complex project environments
- Demonstrated experience with structured testing methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to inspire and drive highly productive teams
- Experience in Healthcare is advantageous
