Test Manager

This is a detailed "hands on" management role. The purpose of the Non Functional Test Manager position is to work with the Sub Contractors to collaboratively plan, execute, monitor and assist the Non Functional testing effort and to take responsibility for ensuring overall quality of the non functional solution.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 5-7 years experience as a Non Functional Test Lead/Manager in ticketing, Smartcards or financial services.
- Demonstrated capability to successfully manage and deliver non functional testing.
- Excellent Project Management skills.
- Experience in developing Non Functional Test Strategies, Test Plans.
- Experience in managing resources across sub contractor stakeholder groups.
- Experience in using test tools such as QTP, LoadRunner, Quality Centre (and similar).
- Experience of building test environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation.
- Good facilitation and negotiation skills and strong data analytical skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to overcome obstacles and where appropriate employs problem-solving techniques in a pragmatic and collaborative manner.
- Self motivated and proactive. Able to work to clearly defined and structured plans, or plan and organise own workload, to achieve tight deadlines.

PREFERRED

- Experience in Telco/Ticketing/SmartCard/Credit Card/Financial Services solutions.
- Strong Technical Non Functional Testing background.
- PMP - Project Management Professional.
