One of our well established client is urgently in need of Test Manager.
Location: Fribourg Switzerland
Contract: 6 months
Required Skills:
The current testing strategy, objectives, processes and the current status.
The underlying test plans and test suites
The current infrastructure in place for testing
Review skill set of the team and propose individual training plans for each member
Based on the own, solid experience in the industrial testing domain, propose improvements in light of resources and time constraints. After approval, implement the major improvements together with the team.
In regular follow-ups, guide the team through the steps after implementation to progress towards state-of-the-art testing capabilities.
Propose and implement automated test reports.
Domain skills (must have):
Solid experience in the industrial testing domain
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies
Domain skills (nice to have):
Good knowledge of NI equipments (NI PXI, LabView, TestStand)
Experience in automated testing
Understanding of Digital Signal Processing, digital & analog hardware design and Embedded software, with specific in-depth expertise in at least one of these domains
Soft skills (behavioural and interpersonal):
Pro-active and persevering personality, enjoying taking initiative
Self-starter, quick learner
Good team leading skills
Languages:
English (must)
French (nice to have)
