We currently have a requirement for a highly experienced Test Manager with a background in Financial Services to join us on a high profile client project.

The Test Manager will be accountable for inception, planning, management and delivery of E2E test activities across critical appication and infrastructure projects.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Strong and proven experience in the definition and creation of test requirements and environments to support project delivery.
- Able to successfully build and lead tests teams across all key stages with limited direction.
- Detailed orientated in both test activity and general governance requirements. Proven ability to deliver test activity in fluid organizational environments with competing/conflicting demands and priorities.
- Managing multiple cross functional testing and technical infrastructure testing teams.
- Team Player
- 5 years + test management leadership of combined application and infrastructure projects, delivery in Matrix management organizations/virtual teams using onshore and offshore resources.
- Wide banking experience.
- Highly preferable to have experience in Payments.
- Must be able to hit the ground running.
