We have an exciting opening with one of our client, for a "Test Manager". It's an immediate hire and planning to close it ASAP.
Job Description for the role of Test Manager
Roles: Test Manager
Location: Kista, Sweden
Type: Contract
Essential functions and key contributions for the Test Manager
Test Manager with a CRM exp
Skill Set for the role of Test Manager
The test group consists of approximately 12 senior testers divided in 4 functional testing groups and 1 performance testing group.
The assignment as test manager means:
To ensure all test needs are understood and on track such as resources, environments, releases, defect solutions etc
To plan test execution based on business prioritization
To follow up test progress based on prioritization
To identify and act if progress is not on track and take immediate action
To provide regular status reports
To communicate cross project and organisation
To provide the testers and test leads with information that affects them
Qualifications for the role of Test Manager
Experienced in managing test with good knowledge about system integration testing of complex IT-solutions consisting of more than 10 independently maintained systems
Telecom knowledge
Knowledge about IT-solutions for CRM, Sales, Logistics, Order handling and Billing
Good communication skills - both in Swedish and English
Good drive and commitment
Cooperative and team player
It is a bonus (not a must) to have knowledge in Siebel, Singleview as systems, and HP ALM as a tool.
