THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Extensive experience managing the IT testing functions
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Testing methodologies and tools
- Proven track record in Test planning, preparation and execution
- Proven governance ensuring test coverage across enterprise systems
- Experience working in highly complex environments
- Experience with Time and Attendance, payroll or rostering projects would be advantageous
- Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across project teams and business
- Ability to coach and lead testing teams including suppliers
