Test Manager

- Manage and drive results in the team.
- Contribute to the test strategy.
- Three month contract with potential extension.

THE ROLE:

Our Client is currently seeking a Test Manager to lead multiple teams through planning, preparation, design and implementation for a new system. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will work collaboratively with the management teams to deliver high quality, on-time testing outcomes in line with program strategy and timeframes.

You will be responsible for:

- Developing testing strategies and plans to provide for the effective implementation of a new administration system
- Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on testing strategy and plans of the program
- Identifying improvements to the testing process and assist in their implementation
- Collaborating and engaging with the business stakeholders in order to build commitment to testing and ensure stakeholder involvement is met
- Leading, managing and providing guidance to all teams

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:  

- Pragmatic hands on approach. 
- Experience in managing teams of testers. 
- Experience in Automated Regression testing
- Experience in Performance and Load testing. 
- Experience in high level stakeholder engagement. 
- Experience in complex test strategy and planning. 
- Previous examples of high level projects that were executed and delivered on time and on budget.
