Test Manager

My client is currently recruiting for 2 x Test Support Managers for a 3 month contract.
The duties of a Test Support Manager will include:
Maintaining an awareness of the strategic IT objectives of the organisation, and evaluating upcoming projects in terms of their impact on the existing test environments infrastructure
Defining and maintaining a Test Environments
Schedule that demonstrates how the requirements of projects will be met
Assisting coordination and maintenance of code / configuration releases into Test Environments to meet project deadlines
Building relationships with technical team managers and agree support OLAs
Liaising with all Project team members and Key Stakeholders
Preparing high-level plans to ensure medium to long-term test environment provisioning objectives are fulfilled Coordinating and leading the projects assigned, acting as an escalation point for the resolution of any issues
Evaluating environment availability and defect metrics, and their impact on OLAs
Monitoring the delivery of test environments according to high-level plans
Evaluating on-going process improvement activities
Essential skills: Non-functional testing / system testing / test management in the financial services sector is mandatory.
Hands-on technical support in an (any of) Oracle, .Net, Unix, Web environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, influencing and negotiation skills
Environment support management experience with strong grasp of different testing methodology / approaches
Ability to build strong working relationships with peers, senior management, project teams and key Stakeholders plan and manage test
