OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BASED IN SOUTH CO. DUBLIN LOOKING FOR A TEST MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM ON A CONTRACT BASIS.
ROLE/DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for development and effective execution of test strategy and plan for projects.
- Provide oversight of project-level test plans and will be the common interface with the business as it relates to testing
- Will be equally accountable to both Test CoE and Project Delivery
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to understand both business and technical drivers
- Deep knowledge of testing and Centre of Excellence processes
- Communication skills to effectively market and develop relationships with end-users, business/IT leadership and vendors
- Strong management capabilities to establish and direct team as well as develop culture of accountability and integrity
- Solid project management and coordination skills
- Sound risk management abilities
