This is a Contact Centre Voice (CCV) Project to address issues being caused by an aging telephony infrastructure. A dedicated Test Manager is required for the duration of the planning and execution of the testing phase of the CCV Project. The detailed responsibilities and relevant experience expected from the successful vendor's nominated Test Manager are outlined in this section.
Responsibilities:
The Test Manager will be responsible for the planning, organisation and execution of the Integration, Performance and User Acceptance tests. The role will report to the Programme Manager.
Experience Required
The role requires the following experience:
- Test management; full systems integration project life cycle
- Ability to manage to a timeline
- Testing of multiple interfaces
- Creation and implementation of multi-vendor test strategy
- Ability to manage multiple vendors through various test phases
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to contact centre processes/systems
