Test Lead - Telecom

Currently we have an urgent requirement for a Telecom Test Lead with our client in Norway.

This is a 3 months extendable contract position.

For the right candidate this position will be exciting being a part of a global deployment.

You will need in-depth knowledge
Telco experience in mobile area
Testing Core mobile Network experience with a detailed understanding of IMS, AFG, HLR, MNP, BSS, OSS, MSC, CNDB, VAX, MGW, and all associated signalling
Understanding requirements of above and guide client in producing detailed scripts Hands on Test Management and able to implement variety of Testing methodologies
Experience of managing test teams
Quality Tools including administration and training
Experience of dealing with multi-vendor environment
Experience of dealing with outsourced vendors

Please note If you do not have the experience stated above you will not be considered for this position.

The expectation is to give detailed insights into the previous related projects you have worked on. Where the panel will be made up of architectural and design leads.

Skills
Able to deal with intense pressure, able to conflict manage, ability to act on own independence, ability to communicate at different levels with management, excellent English written and spoken required, Norwegian language would be preferable, Self starter, Results driven

Qualifications
Degree within telecommunications area (preferred)
ISEB, ISTQB Foundation
