Test Lead (Maternity Cover)

TEST LEAD/FINANCIAL SERVICES/XML/WEB SERVICES 

5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILL SETS:

- Previous experience leading teams of software testers (preferably in Financial Services)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating test documentation to IEEE 829 specifications
- Good knowledge of financial services, Client Server testing, web based, various file interface types, such as flat files, XML, web services etc
- Experience with Incident management Systems (Jira or similar)
- Experience with Test Case Management systems (TestLink, Quality Centre or similar)
- Experience is continuous process improvement initiatives with software testing (TPI or TMM(i)
- Experience is general process improvement/Quality initiatives (CMMi, Six Sigma, ISO 9002)
- Encouragement in helping team members grow through knowledge sharing and learning
