Test Lead/Manager- Portsmouth

I am currently looking for a Test Lead/ Manager to work for my client based in Chichester. It is a Permanent role and paying 45-55k.

Description
The Testing Lead will be responsible for hands-on supervision of a team of Testing Analysts undertaking testing activities encompass functional (including regression) and integration testing. The role is not hands on but may be required to participate in testing if needed.

The key activates of the Testing Lead/ Manager includes:

§ Planning and assigning all Testing activities for the team as well as preparing, implementing, and maintaining all test deliverables including but not limited to test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
§ Analysing and assigning a large variety of issues to ensure smooth and quick resolution through the development lifecycle, managing all testing activities on complex web and mobile architectures as well as providing proper level of communicating up accomplishments, issues, and suggested ways of resolving these issues

Other elements of the role include:
§ Team Resource Management
§ Test tool suite configuration and administration
§ Test Release Management

Selection criteria
§ Knowledge of and experience with iterative and incremental development and appropriate supporting tools is a must - Agile would be helpful. The position requires daily interaction with globally diverse teams.
§ The successful candidate will have profound knowledge and significant experience with structured risk-based testing, with a background in testing of Web-based, mobile, and content-based applications.
§ Experience delivering solution in a fast paced environment is a must for this role, as is good knowledge of test management and issues tracking systems
§ The successful candidate requires good knowledge of test management and issues tracking systems and the ability to report on test progress for the projects adopted for QA testing.
§ Strong verbal and written communications skill are essential, as are good organizational skills.
