Test Lead/Integration Lead - Mobile Telecommunications

Flint Consulting currently have a requirement for Telecoms Test Leaders and an Integration Leader to plan, prepare and successfully execute test phases as needed for projects to agreed quality and delivery outcomes. These are contract positions, based in London, and are of 6+ month duration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define, create and manage test approach, exit and entry criteria, test plans and scenarios on agreement with the customer.
- Define, create and agree test cases.
- Coordinate, schedule and manage test resources from the pool of customer test engineers.
- Provide time and resource estimates for test phases on projects
- Identify data requirements to support test case execution and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure those are delivered in accordance with plans
- Manage day to day testing and handle any issue that arise.
- Review project changes during project life cycle and manage resulting impacts on test plans

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience (> 5 years) of test analysis in a telecom mobile operator or vendor environment.
- Extensive experience in one of the following areas: IMS, EPC, OSS or RAN.
- Expert knowledge of test planning, methodologies and test data management.
- Thorough and practical understanding of testing phases/types of testing and tools/software development life cycle.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a strong focus on delivery with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good team building, management and motivation skills.
