Test Lead - HR/Payroll Sydney

TEST LEAD HR/PAYROLL SYDNEY

3 MONTH CONTRACT +++

Our client requires an experienced Test Lead from a HR/Payroll background to join their team.

Based in Sydney, you will be responsible for overseeing testing of applications, and leading a team of testers.

KEY SKILLS

To be considered, you must have experience with:

- HR/Payroll industry experience a must-have
- end to end testing
- Managing a team- mentoring, supporting, coaching
- Extensive manual testing, and experience covering regression, performance, system and UAT
- Writing test scripts, plans, reports
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders
- Continuous improvement, and ensuring high standards of work

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Good understanding of testing methodologies and phases of Test life cycle.
- Mature skills for applying various types of Testing techniques
- Good communication skills to provide guidance, mentor/help other Testers.
- Good documentation skills for reporting defects, preparing and implementing test plans and test cases.
- Ensuring excellent product quality within the software development environment.
