Test Lead Contract

Fantastic new opportunity for a SOFTWARE TEST LEAD on a 6 month contract in Dublin City Centre with a major financial service client.

SOFTWARE TEST LEAD REQUIREMENTS:

* At Least 3 years' experience in a test lead position as well as 3 years' experience testing across a variety of environments and industries.
* Scoping and creating functional and non-functional test plans and test data, maintaining the integrity of the test environment
* Test estimation and test planning experience preferential
* Defining client requirements and presenting clear, comprehensive and professional proposals;
* Leveraging network to research, define client issues, generate innovative solutions and present clear proposals to clients;
managing own and team's time to meet deadlines;
* Providing solutions to Managers/BUD's for team and own absences;
* Proactively aiming to achieve personal and team utilisation targets
* Stakeholder management
* Risk and Issue management (escalation of important issues, handling less important issues)

TECHNICAL TEST LEAD SKILLS:
* A computer related degree and ISTQB certification in Software Testing
* Technical skills - SQL, UNIX, Agile
* Non-functional software testing Experience within telecommunications or finance industries advantageous
