Test Lead - Business Systems

Partners with business units to gather requirements and develops solutions for new or enhanced business processes and applications. Evaluates business systems requirements and recommends appropriate solutions and alternatives. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Responsible for completion of complex, high priority projects. Creates business related analysis and design deliverables including requirements documentation, process models, test plans/scenarios, and training plans/materials. Collaborates with programmers/analysts to describe business solutions and requirements. Conducts testing and training on system solutions. Participates as the business lead on a project leadership team and/or manages "medium" complexity projects. Leads change management efforts. Provides information based on subject matter expertise through queries and reports for application data.

SKILLS:

- Testing, Analysis and Design: Performs testing, analysis and design for new and/or enhanced systems and Business Processes.
- Gathers and documents business requirements.
- Performs workflow/process modelling including development of flowcharts and process models.
- Incorporate process modifications and improvements.
- Develops designs and recommendations based on a deep knowledge of business unit needs and processes as well as detailed insights of internal or external customer behavior, usability, technical considerations, industry best practices, and the corporate business/system view.
- Develops and executes test scenarios/plans including acceptance testing, usability testing, and system testing.
- Develops training plans and materials and delivers training to end users.
- Coaches and mentors team members as a regular job role.
- Data Analytics: Provides information via reports and queries.
- Formulates system plan to leverage data unique to business unit for decision making and strategic purposes.
