Test Lead - BSS

Knowledge of Italian (fluent) is mandatory for this role.

REQUIRED WEB TESTING SKILLS

- Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc.
- Concepts of Globalisation and Localization testing will be an added advantage

REQUIRED APPLICATION TESTING SKILLS

- Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.
- Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and Orthogonal Array Tool
- Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

REQUIRED TEST AUTOMATION SKILLS

- Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the various automation tools.
- Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client should be capable to create the required automation framework to the client.

REQUIRED DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (BSS)

- Good Knowledge on Carrier Grade BSS architecture
- Should have architected a BSS solution encompassing multiple domains, is able to derive the level impact of the features at a system/sub system level
- Should demonstrate Thought Leadership through BSS white papers, Industrial Forum participations
- Should able to lead a Coe project (End to end, idea to implementation)
- Should Contribution & Own Pre-sale initiatives (Workshops, Proposals, knowledge on case studies, references, partnerships and strategies)
- Should able to handle Vendor Management
- Should able to engage customer and do customer POC
- Should be able to Own BSS Solutions in RFP response
- Should able to do Recalculation of the proposed solution
