Test Lead - 6 months - Dublin - Daily Rate
- 7+ years software development and/or quality assurance experience, with at least 3 years working in an onshore/offshore model.
- Must have strong analytical, investigative and coordination skills.
- Must demonstrate effective communication with management, peers, and subordinates, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have the ability to prioritize workloads quickly and efficiently.
- Experience with iterative development/testing practices such as Agile, RUP or test driven development.
- Expert skills in using Quality Center. Exposure to test automation and performance tools, like QTP, LoadRunner and Performance Center.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and MS Projects.
- Experience using SQL to query and validate test results a plus.
