Test Lead and Expert

- Develop and optimize the test & calibration tools on ATE for timely evaluation, characterization and production for and in cooperation with the technology, IC design and application teams.
- Develop with suppliers and evaluate and select the physical sensor test & calibration on the handler for accurate and cost-effective volume testing.
- Support the test & product industrialization of BL ENS by assuring smooth transfer and volume ramp up, with optimized product cost and quality, of industrialization programs to sites in Austria and Asia.
- Define robust product qualification at 0-ppm level through risk analysis, testplan and ensure Dfx in design.
- Set aggressive targets for, and drive test performances and product (IC, package) profitability (time schedule, quality, cost, yield) to meet those
- Coach local team to world-class performance on test and product engineering methodologies, introduce innovating test methods (SW/HW) in line with industrialization roadmaps
- Confirm robustness of testing solutions for ramp-up and mass production (MSC, coverage) including cost and quality, guard the product qualification plan at the development gates
