Projektbeschreibung
Scoping and creating functional and non-functional test plans and test data, maintaining the integrity of the test environment. Presenting all work output in an accurate, well documented and professional manner;
Using project planning tools and milestones on client projects;
Identifying, quantifying and justifying risks and risk mitigation;
Working with clients to determine handover processes to ensure skills transfer and knowledge capture;
Leveraging network to research, define client issues, generate innovative solutions and present clear proposals to clients;
Identifying opportunities to expand client assignments and provide technical expertise to sales as pre-sales support;
Providing clear and appropriate format/style client correspondence to achieve the desired outcome;
Leading and managing teams of >3 operating across multiple disciplined functions and acting as coach to company consultants supporting continued development of staff;
Ensuring team and self submits time, expenses and holiday requests in line with Group policy;
Providing solutions to BUD's for team and own absences;
Proactively aiming to achieve personal and team utilisation targets.
