Test Lead

Yoh has a one (1) year contract opportunity for a TEST LEAD to join our client in the Seattle, WA. area.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and comprehensive test strategies, plans and solutions
- Integrate and collaborate with Development, PM, Operations, Art, and Design
- Track test pass progress, test completion, and deliverable qualities across numerous releases
- Execute tests across parts of our DLC infrastructure to ensure fully functional experiences for our end users

Job Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science/engineering/related discipline or commensurate industry experience
- Five (5) plus years of experience in software testing including shipping multiple products.
- Experience as a test area owner, building test plans and test cases
- Experience working with developers and specifications to come up with requirements, and translating those requirements into solid test passes
- Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills
- Strong in debugging, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and work efficiently in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and test driven development
- Experience using 3DS Max or 3D Studio Max Script (Optional)
- History working on and shipping a AAA rated game title OR
- History working on and shipping a commercial product on a rapid (monthly or more frequent) iteration cycle for releases
