Test Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Co-ordinate with other players in the software development life cycle - PMs, BAs and developers
- Learn new technologies quickly
- Develop integrated E2E testing
- Hands on Test Planning, Management, Preparation, Execution and Reporting

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 6 years testing experience.
- Experience of integrated E2E testing across partner services
- Flexibility to work on complex highly scalable and mission-critical enterprise projects with international scope.
- The candidate must experience of both Functional and non-functional testing
- Working in an Agile environment and integrate well Experience of working vendors both on and off shore

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Experience with continuous integration and iterative development methodology is highly desirable.
- Experience with Banking Payments and Cash management applications and process would be advantageous.
