Test Facilities Engineer

We urgently require a Test Facilities Engineer to work onsite in Dorset.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the operation, repair and continuous development of all equipment.
An important element of the role is support to engineering development, requiring an ability to elicit test requirements and plan for test preparation, conduct and reporting. An ability to define test configurations and implement any necessary changes to hardware, software and data collection systems is required. You will primarily be responsible for the continued running of the Test Rig. You will be responsible for maintenance and corrective actions. PLCs - Performing Fault Finding and program modifications (ideally Omron),CX Supervisor experience is desirable, AC Motor Inverter Control, Process Control, including 3 term controllers, sensors and calibration, Hydraulic Systems, Winding systems experience desirable, DSEAR (ATEX) experience is desirable, AutoCAD capability is desirable, Preparation of test procedures and reports, Management of on-site contractors
Scheduled & unscheduled maintenance, Has experience of Electro Mechanical and Fluid Systems.
